Usage · Dosage [anesthesia]
Adult 1. Epidural anesthesia (maximum standard dose: lidocaine hydrochloride hydrate 200 mg per time): 100-200 mg
2. Delivery anesthesia (standard maximum dose: lidocaine hydrochloride hydrate, 200 mg at a time): 30 to 200 mg, up to 30 to 100 mg for support nerve block, up to 50 mg for myofascial nerve block
3. Invasive anesthesia (maximum standard dose: lidocaine hydrochloride hydrate 200 mg at a time): 20-200 mg
4. Surface anesthesia: Apply or spray an appropriate amount Increase or decrease appropriately according to age, area of anesthesia, area, tissue, symptom, constitution, and general condition. [medical use]
Adult 1. One-time intravenous administration::
As lidocaine hydrochloride hydrate, administer 50-100 mg (1-2 mg/kg) slowly intravenously for 1-2 minutes. If the effect does not appear, administer the same amount after 5 minutes.
In addition, if the continuation of the effect is expected, the same amount can be additionally administered at intervals of 10 to 20 minutes, but the standard maximum dose within 1 hour is 300 mg. 2. Intravenous drip administration method:
If a single intravenous administration is effective and the continuation of the effect is expected, administer intravenous instillation under continuous ECG monitoring. Lidocaine hydrochloride hydrate, administered intravenously at a rate of 1 to 2 mg per minute.
The rate of administration can be increased if necessary, but the maximum rate is 4 mg per minute.
