We process and ship orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Our shipping partner (such as EMS, FedEx, UPS and DHL Express) will handle the delivery of your parcels.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Custom Clearance:

Whenever possible, we will label products as "Gifts or Sample" and use different product names to minimize customs charges on parcels.

If you require full coverage for your shipment, you can purchase insurance at checkout when finalizing your order.

We kindly request that you double-check your shipping address before making a purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the item is lost during shipment, we cannot be held responsible.

Buyers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the importation of goods, if required by their respective countries. It is also important to check any import regulation policies pertaining to the purchased items. Please note that we strictly do not accept returns due to customs issues.
